Our Pledge on AI, Automation, and Technology

We are continuously monitoring advancements in technology, automation, and in particular AI. At Jazz, we pledge to only implement technologies that distinctly IMPROVE the customer experience and the quality of our craftsmanship. We will not implement any technologies, including AI, that will diminish the customer experience in the name of growth and scalability. At the time of this writing, we believe that person-to-person communication still gives a vastly more positive experience than anything that can be replicated through AI & technology. As technology advances and new means become available, we will continue to assess the implementation of technologies that can help us improve the quality of our product and customer experience.
